Deleting Your Account

You can delete your PlatedUp account from Edit Profile inside the PlatedUp app, or online without installing or signing in to the app.

How it works

In the app: open Edit Profile and choose the option to delete your account.

Online: use PlatedUp's account deletion page, where you verify your email with a one-time code and confirm the deletion.

What happens when you delete your account

This action is permanent and removes your personal account information. It cannot be undone.

Certain transaction, order, financial, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or regulatory records may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required, even after your account is deleted.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in backup systems until it expires through the normal backup lifecycle.
